IE8 UK Version

I have installed UK version of IE8 but still the menu items are coming in US
English and not in UK English like the word "Favorites". In UK English, it
should be displayed as "Favourites". I have tried to update from windows
updates site, tried to download from worldwide site and even from UK
Microsoft site but everytime after installing it, I'm getting US Menu and not
UK Menu. Is there a UK English version of IE available?

I can't ever remember having "Favourites" instead of "Favorites" in ANY
version of IE......just live with it...

As Gordon has indicated in his reply, there has never been a UK English
version of IE, at least I've never seen one.
