Mouse scrollwheel doesn't scroll favorites

This could be a bug or maybe just some weird combination of hardware /
software in my system, but I can't scroll through my favourites pane with the
scrollwheel on my mouse. Scrollwheel works as expected on the actual page
display area: when the cursor is over the page, it scrolls when I scroll the
wheel. But not the favorites list, even if I click somewhere to set focus to
it.

Tested on Vista 64 bit with all updates installed, using a Logitech (some
cheap model) mouse.

Does it do this in No Add-ons mode too? Scroll wheel on my MS basic optical
wheel mouse works fine in IE8 here.
