Hi, I recently downloaded Internet Explorer 8 and had a similar
problem. Like you, I wanted google.co.uk not .com but when I went to the
'Find More Providers' page taking me to IE8 add-ons, all I could get was
google.com so I did a search on google and found this 'Add Search
Providers to Internet Explorer'

I initially had to click on 'See Global Search Guides' to choose
UK/English, then clicked on the Google logo and it worked...
I found this forum while searching so thought I'd join seeing as the
question was similar to mine. :smile:
