has anyone got it working without issues............

No problems here. Worked fine from the first minute...and still does.

The multitudes of people that "got it working without issues" don't post in
this group, only those that do experience issues post here.

I can tell you from a personal perspective that I've not experienced any
issues with IE8 on (3) Windows XP SP3 installations here.
