manage add-ons IE7
When I click on a link on an email from outlook internet explorer
opens telling me it is running with add-ons disabled I try to manage add-ons
from tools but manage add-ons is greyed out this only just started happening
a couple of days ago not sure what to do.

Uninstall your older version of Google Toolbar & reboot.
