IE 8 and Downloading for offline use

In a past version, I could add an item to my favorites and download all the
links for future viewing.
I can not seem to find a way to do this now. I am running IE8 with Vista
Ultimate.
I would appreciate any help you could provide.

Offline web pages were removed with IE 7.
