Favorites in Windows Internet Explorer

Looking for some help on the following problem involving Windows Internet
Explorer:

Explorer Version: 7.0.6001, 18000. No further updates.

Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium.


Problem: When I try to add a web site to my "Favorites" folder I get the
following message:

"unable to create httpname of web site). Unspecified error".

Any help would be appreciated.
