Disk Cleanup

In Disk Cleanup there are boxes to be checked or not checked. I have not got
a clue.

On disk clean up there are:
Downloaded Program Files(the box is checked)
Temorary Internet Files (that box is checked)
Offline Webpages(not checked)
Hivernation File Cleaner ( not checked)
Recycle Bin (not checked)
Setup Log Files (not checked)
Temorary Files (not checked)
Thumb nails ( that box is checked)
Per user Archived Windows error Report ( not checked)
System Archived window error report ( not checked).
Now I bought my computer from Best Buy and they set it up for me. So I do
not know what boxes should or should not be checked. Can you tell me that? I
am what you call a computer dummy.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 64 bit
