When I have the Favorites “pinned” I would like to have the ability to click
on one and drag it to move it around within Favorites, w/o going to Organize.
For some reason the last few months when I’m in Organize and trying to move
an individual favorite, by clicking and dragging, I can’t move it around w/in
that same folder, I can only move it to another folder. I use to be able to
do this. (The dark horizontal line doesn’t appear.) If this is a change you
made it’s not a change for the better. Also a lot of times moving a folder by
this same method is difficult because I have to move it up to the top of the
Organize window or the bottom of the window to get the dark horizontal line
to show up. In other words it’s very hard to move a folder to the position
you want to put it.
In IE 8 if I’m saving a number of things, one after the other and I want
them to go into the same folder/sub folder I now have to click to that
specific folder each time because it doesn’t remember the last place I put a
folder into. This is a change from IE 7 is one of the reasons I’m back with
IE 7.
