How to limite the Cookie co-responding to an IE Windows?

I open four IE8 Windows for online game, how come all of them in same account
but IE7 can be in different accout? What is the setting that makes me can
open four IE8 Windows, and those games can be login to different accout?

Have you tried File||New Session from the Menu bar?

This has nothing to do with cookies. You can open a new session from File > New
Session and log in with a different account.
