IE - Outlook Express Icon (E-Mail) doesn't work anymore?!

Hello,

updated my PC with WinXP Sp3 and IE8 Final today and the additional
following Updates MS - Updates. Everything is working fine, but when
clicking on the OE / Mail Icon nothing happens (usually OE 6 / Mail
started). I can run OE manually and it's also defined in IE Setup as Default
Mail PGM?

Googeling I found the following

Start, Run:
"C:\Programme\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /reg

But nothing (after restarting) happens, Icon still don't work!
