What do you mean? Do you want the Google toolbar? Then go to Google and
install it. Be aware that it may create problems with IE8.

Google has their own toolbar. If you want it, download it from Google
and install it.

If you meant that you want to add Google as a search *provider* in IE's
search bar then click the down-arrow to the right of the search bar and
click on "Find more providers".
