Restore IE 7 before defaults

Hello experts,

I have IE7 and everything works perfectly. However, somehow or another I
inadvertently hit the Reset Defaults buttons and it sent everything in my IE7
back to factory defaults. Is there any way to go back to all the settings I
had just before I did this?
