Remove history from internet explorer

Hello; I have done what others have said about doing this,and it does work on
mine. When I click the arrow down it is still there. What else can I do???

You may want to explain what *exactly* you want to achieve and what *exactly*
you did to achieve that.

I may be going out on a limb, but I"m going to say he wants to delete
the entries from his address bar drop-down list.
