IE8: mouse snap-to cursor-to-default button fails
Since I installed IE8, the mouse pointer setting, "Automatically move
pointer to the default button in a dialog box," does not work within IE8,
although it continues to work outside it.

Is this a known bug or is there a fix?

I am using Vista Ultimate 32 with a Logitech HID-compliant MX320 laser mouse
and Microsoft Intellipoint mouse software.

Thank you.

You might have to reinstall your mouse driver.

See if that package has a repair.

Re: mouse snap-to cursor-to-default button fails
I have the same problem with both a Vista 64 and 32 environments. When I try
to reinstall the mouse driver software from the recovery partition I a told
my driver is up to date.
