IE7 closes on Vista Resume after Hibernate

Using Vista Business and IE7.

I often use hibernate leaving tabs open in IE7 so I can resume them later.

Never had a problem before, but suddenly since yesterday IE7 is still showing open ok after resuming after hibernation, but then completely disappears within a second or two. Doesn't always happen. Sporadic.

No changes to machine made so why would this start happening?
