High CPU usage @ Fidelity.com

Dear NG:
Windows XP Pro Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp3_gdr.080814-1236 : Service
Pack 3)
Internet Explorer Version: 8.0.6001.18702
No Spybot, No Ad-Aware
AVG free 8.5.285

SmartScreen Filter: ON
InPrivate Filtering: OFF

If I visit the Fidelity Home page with IE8 the CPU (Intel P4 2.4 GHz) stays
pretty much pegged. Menus and Favorites Bar shortcuts become slow to
respond.
Can anyone reproduce the high (90+ %) CPU usage @ https://www.fidelity.com/

I've added fidelity.com to the compatibility list. > same results
I've tried starting IE8 with (no add-ons) > same results
