RE: Is there a difference between [F5/View->Refresh] & using the icon
To my knowledge, there is no difference in the two options.
However, by holding down Ctrl and hitting f5, this does a refresh, a hard
refresh, of the page by pulling the content from the server rather than
pulling it from your cache.
