Getting error "Unhandled Win32 exception occured in iexplore.exe"
Hi,

I am getting this error while opening the Incident page in the Onyx CRM. I
am getting the error "Unhandled Win32 exception occurred in iexplore.exe".
When I try to debug this error it is showing "Unhandled exception at
0x7498e378 in iexplore.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location
0x07c1ed80.ÔÇŁ Onyx CRM is working fine in the IE 7. In the IE 8 only I am
getting this error. Please let me know can I resolve this issue.

I don't much about Onyx CRM software except that they are now known as
Consona CRM
http://www.consona.com/CRM/Home.aspx

You might contact Consona Support to see if your(Onyx CRM[now known as
Consona CRM) software package is compatable with IE8?

Please post full URLs when you are trying to use them as examples.

FWIW I went here after a search

http://www.onyx.com/products/default.asp

(Live Search for
Onyx CRM
)

and found that it wants us to use Adobe Flash.
Use of that product could certainly cause the symptoms that
you are reporting. Try disabling it (e.g. using Manage Add-ons)
or try disabling all add-ons (e.g. using No Add-ons mode)

FYI a simple way to start No Add-ons mode is to Run...
(e.g. press Win-R and enter iexplore.exe -nohome -extoff
then click Stop or press Ctrl-t
