FWIW I went here after a search

and found that it wants us to use Adobe Flash.
Use of that product could certainly cause the symptoms that
you are reporting. Try disabling it (e.g. using Manage Add-ons)
or try disabling all add-ons (e.g. using No Add-ons mode)
FYI a simple way to start No Add-ons mode is to Run...
(e.g. press Win-R and enter

iexplore.exe -nohome -extoff
then click Stop or press Ctrl-t
