Compatibility View Sites Deleted When I Delete My Browsing History

Hello,

Every time I delete my browsing history, the sites I have added to the
compatibility view settings get deleted also. Then the next time I go back
to that site I have to click the compatibility view button again to add it
back to the list. I'm assuming that this is a defect and not intended by
design? I would assume that I should be able to delete my history while
still maintaining the compatibility view list of websites. Similar to how
the pop-up blocker sites are handled. I don't have to re-add them after I
delete my browsing history to allow pop-ups again. Is this a defect or am I
the only one experiencing this?
