Perhaps you hit the Alt+Shift+Print Screen keys instead of Alt+Print Screen
when taking a screen shot?
Try
Alt+Shift+Print Screen
to invoke the Accessibility view. To undo it just use the same shortcut
(Alt+Shift+Print Screen).
