cookies

I am using IE7 and when i goto web pages that require cookies they wont load.
Ive tried changing all my settings and even reseting IE and nothing works.
Anyone have any ideas. I am using win xp.

From Internet Options> Privacy, try a setting of Low or Accept all. If this
doesn't help, feel free to choose something other than Accept all.

From Internet Options> Privacy, try placing a couple of sites in the Allow
list.

Check settings of third-party security/privacy/antispyware programs. Is one
of these programs "managing" cookies?

If CCleaner is installed, uncheck the box CCleaner> Settings> Run CCleaner
when the computer starts. If that doesn't resolve the issue, uninstall
CCleaner to see if CCleaner was causing the problem.
