Cannot use "Send Link / Page by E-mail" function in IE 8.

When I want to send the link of a page I'm on, or the page itself, I'm unable
to. Upon clicking the Page button, each of those commands are listed but are
not highlighted when moused over and clicked on. In other words, they appear
to be disabled and I don't know how to re-enable them. Any suggestions?

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup. In this case, also state your default Mail
Client (e.g., OE; WLMail; OL; WinMail; Yahoo Mail).

Is an e-mail client selected?
