IE8 not properly releasing focus with "recall last application"

Another bug with IE8,

IE8 doesn't properly release its focus when switching application window
with the function "recall last application".

Again, reverting back to IE7 solves the problem!

Never before have I had that with previous release of IE or when it is used
with MouseWare driver of all version.
