IE8 not properly releasing focus when "recall last application"exerced

Another bug in IE8 is the "recall last application" function exerced
with various apps and multi-button mouse drivers.

This happening to me with the latest Logitech mouse driver installed
9.79.1.

Again, de-installing IE8 and reverting back to IE7 solves the issue.

I have never had this issue with all previous releases of IE and it
was also no concern about wich MouseWare driver version I had.

IE8 is just messed up in certain nook and crannies of its code.
