While searching around for articles on InPrivate filtering for IE8, came
across this:
http://blog.tagman.com/?p=33
So they're hoping that users will not normally move into InPrivate mode
for their general web browsing or get so irritated with losing content
at their favorite sites that they discontinue using InPrivate mode.
Microsoft set the default count to 10 (i.e., for auto blocking in
InPrivate filtering, start blocking after 10 sites that I visit have the
same 3rd party content provider). Hmm, maybe I should lower this to 1
or 2.
For me, now I have to do some more searching on just how TagMan tries to
recreate the cookies that are deleted. So now for more Googling.
