Anyone else have Printing Problems in IE8? I installed it and I am unable to
preview(A blank HTML page pops up) nor am I able to print (Hitting the Print
icon does nothing, nothing is sent tot he printer.)

As a matter of fact, yes! (And this is the first place I've seen this issue
listed by someone else). Since upgrading from IE7 to IE8 yesterday (3/19), I
have not been able to print *anything HTML-based*; print or print preview web
pages in IE8, print any HTML-based e-mails (in Outlook 2003), print any HTML
files saved to my local system. All other file types seem to print fine -
just not HTML.
Not seeing this topic anywhere else, I *just* uninstalled IE8 back to IE7,
and everything's back to running/printing fine. Definitely something in the
IE8 update that's hosing HTML printing...

Just for your edification I just installed IE8 in Windows XP (SP3) and I am seeing even worse problems. I CAN print and preview htm files but I CANNOT print or preview web pages (HTML) files. Print does nothing. Just goes away. Print preview is worse. A blank page opens and the page counter just starts running - never stops, nothing ever shows. Looks like IE8 still has a way to go before it is mainstream and usable.

Re: Print Issues in IE 8
I guess you are not supposed to print in IE8. This was an issue in the beta
forums, and I guess that M$ doesn't care and let it go to production. I will
have to tell all of my clients to stay away from IE8 until they announce a
fix. Yes, go back to IE7 and it works. Maybe some posts are correct in
saying that this is the last Internet Explorer from M$.

Re: Print Issues in IE 8
Turns out that Microsft Inventory Analyzer is what caused the issue. I
uninstalled and print seems ok now. I don't know if I should reinstall now
that IE8 is in place to avoid the issue.

Re: Print Issues in IE 8
I have verified that the MSIA was also the cause of my issues with printing
in IE8...uninstalling MSIA solved this issue. If MSIA is reinstalled after
the installation of IE8, the issue will reoccur...
I will be sending an email to msiahelp@microsoft.com to advise them of the
issue...

Re: Print Issues in IE 8
How do I uninstall MSIA? I have looked in Control Panel and IE8 add-ons.
