IE7 and Quicken

For many months, IE7 would generate an APPCRASH pointing to OLE32.DLL
as the fault. Couldn't figure out what caused it for the longest
time .... but it turns out it's Intuit's Quicken.

After uninstalling or not using every app on the system one-by-one,
after not using Quicken (fullly patched 2008 version), the OLE32.DLL
Appcrashs with IE7 are gone. My system hasn't crashed in 12 days and
the System Stability Chart number has risen to 8.96 (from 6.64 when I
was using Quicken).

Not sure why Quicken causes IE7 to crash. Does anyone have a theory?
I'd be curious to know.
