IE can not open HOTMAIL, operation aborted???

I recieved this message, so I decided to try and upgrade to IE8, thinking
this may be the problem. Still no fix. Since, I have removed IE8, and
reinstalled IE7. I still get this error message. HELP!!!!!!! My business
emails run from MSN HOTMAIL..
ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Please state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) as well
as your IE version when posting to this newsgroup.
