MSIE 8 release version isn't running on W2003 x64 Terminal Server?

I had MSIE8 RC running fine on a W2003 x64 Terminal Server

I've just downloaded the RTM version and although it installs OK it won't
start up, I get the error message:-

iexplore.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000005) occurred in the
application st location 0x1a43e819
Click OK to terminate the program
Click CANCEL to debug the program

Anyone know or anything that's changed between the last RC and the RTM that
could be causing this?

This is quite repeatable I install the RC and MSIE8 runs OK, I uninstall the
RC and install the RTM and MISE 8 won't start

Hi,
This issue is probably being caused by browser add-ons or other third-party
programs.

To troubleshoot:
1. Disable add-ons from IE> Tools> Manage add-ons until the troublesome
add-on is found.
2. Disable third-party programs which load at startup and run in the
background until the troublesome program is found.

it's very strange the RC loads fine but the RTM errors on exactly the same
server with the same settings

I've narrowed down the problem now by removing all the MSIE group Policies
I'd added, not the RTM loads fine.

Next week's job (it's nearly the weekend here) is adding back all the Group
Policies one at at time to see which one breaks it
