I was able to find inetres.adm in the IE8 for XP download, but I can't find
any ADMX file anywhere. Any ideas?

Only the GP Reference link works.
I too would like an MSIE 8 adm file or an admx file which can be
converted.
Quite surprising there is none to be found.
