Internet Explorer 7

I just started having a problem with IE7 on 64 bit Vista. I cannot change
any of MY.MSN page settings. If I try I get the following error message:

Line: 2
Char: 13478
Error: 'dSearchButtonCaption' is null or not an object
Code: 0

I have no idea how to fix this. I need help!! Thanks

1. Does the behavior persist if you start IE in No Add-ons mode? To start
IE in No Add-ons mode:

=> Right-click on the blue IE desktop icon and select Start without
Add-ons; or

=> Start | (All) Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Internet
Explorer (No add-ons).

2. Does the behavior persist if you Reset IE Advanced settings (RIES)?

I am getting the same thing on XP with IE7 on MY MSN
