Vista sidebar 64bit cannot startup after install IE8 x64

After I installed IE8 RTM for Vista x64 Simplified Chinese Edition in my
Vista x64 SP1 Ultimate (Simplified Chinese), the Vista Sidebar.exe 64bit
cannot startup. The 32bit sidebar.exe can run well.
This bug appeared in IE8 x64 beta and RC for Vista.

Visit the group that discusses the beta version. This group discusses
the released versions of Internet Explorer. To use Microsoft's
webnews-for-dummies interface (which demands that scripting be enabled)
to visit the Internet Explorer beta group, go to:

A much better solution is to use a newsreader (e.g., Outlook Express,
Thunderbird, Forte Agent, 40tude Dialog, XanaNews, Xnews). If you do
not have or do not want to use your own NNTP (Network News Transfer
Protocol) server, connect your newsreader to:

msnews.microsoft.com

Then go visit the Internet Explorer *BETA* group at:

microsoft.public.internetexplorer.beta

IE8 And Vista X64 (sp2) do not play well together.
All types of problems, especially the analog clock maxing out one of the cpu
cores.
