webpage font sizes to default

How do i set my internet explorer webpage font sizes to default to what I
want?

I think that you're looking for Internet Options> General> Accessibility>
Ignore font sizes specified on webpages.

It didn't fix the problem but thanks for replying. I want to default to
font size 16 for webpages I read permanently if possible.
