UseHR key for high resolution displays doesn't work in IE8

I run my computer at 120dpi because I have a high resolution display. One
side effect of doing so is that images on web pages in internet explorer look
blurry. The way to fix this in past versions of internet explorer was to
change the UseHR registry key from 1 to 0. This no longer works in IE8. Is
there a new way to do this?
