IE8 and missing web content with web site made with publisher

Hi,
Internet Explorer 8 and missing web content with publisher web site. It
doesn't view navigation toolbar.
navigation toolbar is invisible.
for example go to www.wishka.net
see you right toolbar is invisible.

Please try the IE8 Beta Newsgroup.

In a proper newsreader:
