How to enable the buttons in the Security Zone in the Internet 7

Hi All,

Using Windows 2008 enterprise 64 bits.

How to enable the buttons in the Security Zone in the Internet 7 so I can
move the slider from High to medium High. What security permissions do I
need to enable? This account is an admin right now but initially it was
briefly only for Users.

Any idea is appreciated.

I don't think that's possible in Win2008 Server, Eric.
