virtual key shared cache

How do I get ride of the following error message in IE 7?

An error has occurred while initializing the Virtual Key shared cache. If
you want Virtual Key to work correctly, please close this application and
restart it.

Uninstall your current version of Google Desktop.

Here is more info: when starting IE 7 the error message appears. Cancelling
it allows the browser to operate normally. I'm running Vista so the Virtual
Key site doesn't allow for Vista. This Virtual Key thing must have happened
when transfering programs from old computer(Windows XP) to new
computer(Vista) by way of PC Mover from LapLink. Any other suggestions would
be greatly appreciated.
