Restore last session creates too many number of iexplorer.exe proc

Restore last session creates too many number of iexplorer.exe process. The
number of process is visible in task manager is number of tab opened+1.

Test environment:
OS: Windows XP

Assuming IE8 again (why did you post lots of different messages?) this is
correct for the same reason I put in my other reply - IE8 uses a new
architecture with a single iexplore process controlling child iexplore
processes (1 for each tab). So it will always be tabs+1 iexplore processes
on the task manager.
