Images on a webpage

Does IE7 have ability to enable or disable showing images on a webpage by
clicking one button? If it doesn't, is it possible to add such ability? With
this question I mean special button, not checkbox at additionally tab in IE
Properties. For exaple, Opera has such button.

You could do that with the IE Developers Toolbar.
