Can't delete favorites

I delete favorites and later they come back -- I don't always do a reboot
some times they just come back. I am running Windows Live and it has a
Favorites server that I stored too, but even when I upload after deleting
they come back. There is no SYNC between the favorites server and my PC.

Please state your IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3;
Vista SP1) when posting to this newsgroup.

You're running Windows Live what?

Where are these favorites...
In a Live application eb Interface ?
e.g. Contacts.live.com/Categories/Favorites
Internet Explorer ?
Windows Live Messenger(Contact/Favorites)
