Youtube videos don't appear

On my website, I post some Youtube videos, and they work fine with Firefox,
Safari, and Opera. Internet Explorer is the only browser that doesn't show
the videos. Here's an example page:

http://golfclubsconsultant.com/chad-...olf-clubs.html

All that appears is a red X.

Try remove the closing tag "</p>" in the following line:

<p><object width="480" height="295"></p>
