Unable to be saved MSG

I am having trouble getting past set up page. Every time I try to save
settings I get "Setting Were Not Able To Be Saved" What am I doing wrong?

What "set up page"? You need to explain your question in specific
detail, so that someone who can't see your monitor knows exactly what
you're talking about.
