How do I set IE7 to auto refresh every 5 or 10 minutes?

Sorry, getting old. I had the problem some time ago, when viewing newsgroups
and Ive forgotten exactly what I did to clear it. Anyway its a tick mark
somewhere under the tools section of IE.
