IE 7 error hungapp

Hi,
I have encount this error many time, i try formatting my computer 3 time but
is till the same, i not sure where went wrong... This problem encounter when
i am sufing the internet...

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed on this Vista
(Gold) box and is your subscription current? What anti-spyware applications
(other than Defender)? What third-party firewall (if any)?

Has a Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on this machine
(e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)?

Has the machine ever been connected to the internet or a network without a
functional anti-virus application installed and/or without a firewall
enabled?

Are any other machines on the same network (if any) having similar problems?

After any of the clean installs, have you ever plugged-in a USB key that had
been used on another computer?

Do you participate in P2P FileSharing?
