internet explorer add-on installer popping at each login

Each time I login I get a message from the internet explorer add-on installer
trying to install something and asking to continue. I press 'continue' and
nothing happen after. I have noticed that if there is no wireless network or
internet connection the message doesn't pop up.

In the details there is the key :

My system is a sony vgn-fw285 laptop with vista 64 bits that I have only
since 1 week. After running different update and removing different bloatware
I start getting this.

It looks like I have probably installed something without using the
administrative. My last option is to restore the laptop but I would
appreciate to avois that.

Explorers add-on installer (x64)... nothing wrong there.

Suggestions include

Creating a new Account.

Updating Nero from 7 to 8.
