Tool bars, how to get rid of them

I have iE7.0, and after installing AVG and Yahoo Messenger, I got a
tool bar for each of these applications on my iE7.0, which is
UNWANTED. Can someone pls tell how to get rid of these two tool bars

Uninstall them or disable them in Internet Explorer Add Ons
