Highlight Viewer

Folks-

My system is Vista/SP2 and IE7 using Windows Live components. I was using
HighLight Viewer from Windows Live Toolbar.

I downloaded IE8/RC1 to try it out and it required me to download Windows
Live Essentials to obtain a more current version of Windows Live Helper
Object.

For various reasons I decided to uninstall IE8/RC1 and I am back to IE7. But
now HighLight Viewer is not active and does not appear as an option from the
Windows Live Toolbar. I downloaded the HighLight Viewer but when I try to
install it I get a message that a more current version is already installed
on my computer.

Can someone suggest how I can get HighLight Viewer active or re-installed on
my system?
