IF7

hi all
usually on the address line and in favorites,there's a small logo of the
website.
now,for some reason,they're all gone and i get the unknown file type logo....
any1 know how to fix this?

Windows XP or Vista?

Fist try clearing the Temporary Internet Files and History.

Next, if running Windows XP, try the fix for XP in this MSKB article:

hi don
using XP
it never happened before.
i was using IE8 for a day,didn't like it so i re-installed IE7 and that's
when it happened.(when using IE8 favicons were shown..)
i tried clearing the ITF and history but that didn't help.
also-i think i have SP3 on my xp,and the link you sent me talks about XP
SP2.does this matter?
