Hi Laughingstar,
Spyware Blaster stores Restricted sites under the HKLM key. You wont see
these in your Restricted sites list under your user account nor will it have
any affect if you add sites to your Trusted sites list if they are in the
Restricted Sites list on the Administrator account.
Spyware blaster will add/remove sites as they become updated or turn rogue.
I think they maintain a published list on their site.
Also there are new security options in IE7. Some of the spyware blaster
sites may no longer fit the new IE7 security zones model.
Also check your http settings on the Advanced tab of internet options.
Some of your problem web addresses would be helpful. No-one has invented ESP
for IE yet. Listening is only one side of the effective communication coin.
Sites regularly go on and off line. DNS issues is another reason.
